Description
The Restaurant Manager will lead the daily operations of a restaurant, bar, or café at The Social Hub, manage and develop supervisors and team members, ensure consistent guest service, support menus and promotions, collaborate with kitchen and marketing teams, monitor costs and revenue, handle guest feedback, and maintain a safe and organized workplace. The role requires prior restaurant, bar, café, or similar venue management experience, at least one year of F&B leadership experience, strong communication and team-building skills, and fluency in English and Italian. The starting salary is €26,778.1 gross per year.
