Whataburger is hiring a Restaurant Manager to oversee a high-volume restaurant with $4M+ average annual sales and a team of more than fifty employees. The role focuses on leading daily operations, maintaining quality, service, cleanliness, food safety, and brand standards, while coaching and developing team members and supporting hiring, training, retention, and business planning. The position is based at the home restaurant with occasional support at neighboring locations or within the market.
