Description
The Restaurant Manager will oversee the daily operations of the Schneewittchenhaus day-trip restaurant in Winterberg, including leading and scheduling the service team, coordinating with the kitchen and bar, managing events and customer requests, monitoring hygiene and quality, handling inventory and costs, supporting marketing, and caring for the petting zoo. The role requires several years of hospitality experience, preferably in a leadership position, along with strong communication, organizational, service, and cost-management skills.
