Description
Red Robin is hiring a Restaurant Managing Partner to lead a restaurant’s front-of-house and back-of-house operations, set hospitality and service standards, motivate and develop team members, and deliver operational results. The role requires at least 21 years of age, two years of management experience, availability for nights, weekends, and holidays, reliable transportation, strong communication and leadership skills, P&L knowledge, and familiarity with Microsoft Office. Preferred qualifications include knowledge of health codes and experience with Workday, Aloha, NBO, and Hot schedules. Compensation is $71,500 in base pay, with uncapped bonuses, referral bonuses, and other benefits.
