Thind Management is seeking a Server Assistant for a fine-dining restaurant to support servers and maintain smooth dining-area operations. The role involves greeting guests, explaining the menu, recommending dishes and wine pairings, taking and entering orders, handling special requests and complaints, coordinating with kitchen and bar staff, serving food and beverages, maintaining table cleanliness, and following food-safety and sanitation guidelines. Candidates should have strong communication, organization, fine-dining service, food and beverage knowledge, POS familiarity, and prior server experience in a fine-dining or upscale establishment.
