Description
The 34° North Restaurant at the Beaufort Hotel is hiring Restaurant Servers to provide friendly, professional, and attentive service in a fast-paced food and beverage environment. Responsibilities include greeting guests, setting tables, taking and delivering food and beverage orders, maintaining menu knowledge, anticipating guest needs, keeping workspaces clean, coordinating with kitchen and other service staff, handling high-volume periods, and following food safety and alcohol-service guidelines. The role requires previous restaurant experience, strong communication and guest-service skills, multitasking ability, a positive team-oriented attitude, flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to stand and move throughout a shift. Compensation is estimated at $20–$35 per hour, including base pay and tips, with dental and vision insurance options and other benefits for part-time associates.
