Description
The Server coordinates a restaurant service station, greets guests, presents menus and specials, takes and relays food and beverage orders, coordinates with hosts, table support, kitchen staff, and bartenders, and assists with wine and beer service, dish resetting, and cash registers. The role requires onsite availability with a flexible schedule, physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours, and knowledge of service procedures, communication, and basic math.
