Description
The Restaurant Server provides friendly and efficient guest service in a restaurant, protects guests and the establishment by following sanitation, safety, and alcoholic beverage control policies, helps guests select food and beverages, presents menus and cocktails, explains chef specialties, stays current with menu choices and inventory, and follows established service standards. The role requires a high school leaving certificate or diploma, a Food Handler's permit, vocational or technical training or equivalent apprenticeship, and excellent customer service skills.
