Description
The Guest Service Expert supports guests at The Westin Edmonton by setting tables, communicating with the kitchen, serving and interacting with guests, managing menus, and cleaning work areas. The role requires standing, walking, lifting and moving objects, reaching overhead and below the knees, and following safety, policy, quality, and professional appearance standards. A high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent and less than one year of related work experience are preferred; no supervisory experience or license or certification is required.
