Description
The Restaurant Server provides prompt, friendly, and courteous food and beverage service to casino guests, handles checks and cashing, maintains tables and stations, responds to guest inquiries and complaints, and follows restaurant and gaming policies. The role requires strong communication, customer service, problem-resolution, and the ability to stand, walk, lift up to 40 pounds, and work in a fast-paced casino environment. A high school diploma or equivalency is preferred, and six months of previous customer service experience is required.
