The role provides food and beverage service, takes orders, recommends menu and wine or cocktail options, maintains tables and service stations, processes payments, and collaborates with culinary, bartending, and support teams. Candidates must be at least 18, meet alcohol-serving requirements, and have at least six months of restaurant server experience in a full-service dining environment; luxury hospitality, bartending, and flexible evening, weekend, and holiday availability are preferred.
