Red Robin is hiring a Restaurant Service Manager to oversee seamless day-to-day restaurant operations, uphold brand standards, provide exceptional hospitality, and develop a passionate team. The role requires at least 21 years of age, two years of management experience, availability for nights, weekends, and holidays, reliable transportation, strong communication and leadership skills, P&L knowledge, and familiarity with Microsoft Office. Preferred qualifications include knowledge of health codes and experience with Workday, Aloha, NBO, and Hot schedules. The position offers a base pay range of $50,000 to $61,000, uncapped bonus potential, referral bonuses, shift meal and food discounts, and health, vision, dental, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
