Red Robin is hiring a Restaurant Service Manager to oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, uphold brand standards, provide exceptional guest hospitality, and develop a motivated team. The role requires at least 21 years of age, two years of management experience, availability for nights, weekends, and holidays, reliable transportation, strong communication and leadership skills, P&L knowledge, and familiarity with Microsoft Office. Preferred qualifications include knowledge of health codes and experience with Workday, Aloha, NBO, and Hot schedules. The position offers a base pay range of $57,785 to $61,000, uncapped bonus potential, health, vision, and dental coverage, retirement benefits, paid time off, and paid holidays.
