The role focuses on customer service, maintaining a customer-focused culture, supporting managers, and ensuring facilities run smoothly, with responsibility for working flexible shifts including nights, days, weekends, and holidays. Candidates need restaurant operations knowledge, proficiency with calculators and computers, teamwork and communication skills, and must pass a background check.
