Description
The Shift Leader supports the General Manager in daily restaurant operations, directs operations when the General Manager is absent, and manages staffing, guest service, cash and property control, labor and food costs, facility standards, risk compliance, and team development. The role requires at least two years of food service, retail, or restaurant supervisory experience, strong communication and leadership skills, flexibility to work varying schedules, and the ability to solve problems and represent the Wingstop culture.
