Shake Shack is hiring a Restaurant Manager to manage service flow, direct hourly team members, build a high-performing team, support purchasing and inventory, and assist with interviews and employee relations. The role requires at least one year of restaurant leadership experience, food safety certification, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and offers a starting hourly rate of $22.00–$26.00 plus an additional $2 per hour for certain overnight shifts, along with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
