Shake Shack is hiring a Shift Manager to oversee restaurant service during assigned shifts, direct and develop hourly team members, maintain safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed standards, support purchasing, receiving, and inventory operations, and participate in interviewing and employee-relations activities. The role requires at least one year of restaurant leadership experience, food safety certification, problem-solving ability, and strong written and verbal communication. The position pays $21.00–$25.00 per hour, with an additional $2.00 per hour for certain shifts worked after midnight, and includes medical, dental, and vision insurance among other benefits.
