Pilot Company is hiring a restaurant operations supervisor to support the restaurant management team, oversee restaurant activities during non-peak and other assigned hours, direct team members, execute shift plans, monitor food preparation, registers, cash handling, labor usage, cleaning, safety, hospitality, speed of service, food safety, marketing, and product availability, and assist with training and performance management. The role pays $13.80–$20.13 per hour and includes fuel discounts, medical, dental and vision coverage, 401(k), flexible spending accounts, adoption assistance, tuition reimbursement, a flexible schedule, and weekly pay.
