Pilot Company is hiring a restaurant shift supervisor to provide operational support to the restaurant management team, supervise restaurant activities during non-peak and other service hours, direct team members, monitor food preparation, registers, cash handling, cleanliness, safety, labor usage, hospitality, speed of service, and policy compliance.
