Pilot Company is hiring a restaurant shift supervisor to provide operational support to the restaurant management team, supervise activities during non-peak hours, maintain brand and hospitality standards, manage shift execution, support training and cross-training, oversee cash handling and food safety procedures, and help ensure cleanliness, safety, labor control, and product availability.
