Description
The Wine Server issues and serves wine and champagne, answers guest questions about wine origin, vintage, and style, maintains wine lists and the MICROS system, pairs wines with menu items, attends tastings, requests products, manages cellar inventory, trains server and bartender staff, and follows alcohol-service and safety requirements. The role requires at least two years of related work experience and a technical, trade, or vocational school degree; no supervisory experience or license or certification is required.
