Description
The Restaurant Supervisor works under the Food & Beverage Manager to oversee assigned-shift restaurant operations, gaming-regulation compliance, guest service, employee scheduling and performance, guest complaints, recruitment, training, and safety. The role requires flexible scheduling, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to obtain a gaming license; a high school diploma or equivalent and one to two years of restaurant management or two to three years of supervisory experience are preferred.
