Searcys is hiring a Restaurant Supervisor for the Portrait Restaurant at the National Portrait Gallery in London. The role supports day-to-day restaurant operations, guest service, staff leadership and development, cleanliness, safety, compliance, inventory control, and cost management. The position works 45 hours per week on Sunday to Tuesday daytime service and Wednesday to Saturday lunch and dinner service, with availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
