World Central Kitchen is recruiting temporary contract Restaurant Support Team members for immediate earthquake-relief deployments in Indonesia. Reporting to the Response Distribution Manager, the role manages last-mile meal and supply deliveries, fleet operations, temporary distribution sites, local coordination, inventory and performance tracking, food safety, and field reporting across response sites near Kupang, Maumere, Labuan Bajo, Ende, and Bajawa. Candidates must already be based in Indonesia and have logistics, supply chain, fleet operations, or field-coordination experience, including high-volume distribution experience, strong documentation and organizational skills, proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, and Airtable, and the ability to work under high-pressure, resource-limited conditions.
