The role involves plating and presenting dishes, coordinating with the service team, maintaining HACCP and hygiene standards, organizing stations, preparing ingredients and sauces, pre-cooking, storing goods, receiving and checking quality, and optimizing work processes. Candidates need first professional restaurant or hospitality experience, teamwork, reliability, organization, flexibility with evenings, weekends, and public holidays, and English language skills.
