Description
The Restaurant Zone Manager supports the Restaurant Leader in managing one restaurant zone during a shift, enforcing company standards, directing crewmembers, providing customer service, authorizing employee functions, and maintaining cleanliness and facility readiness. The role requires physical work in a fast-paced kitchen, flexible shift availability, completion of company training, and at least one year of restaurant or retail management experience or Raising Cane’s advanced crew experience. The initial hiring pay range is $20.25–$21.00 per hour, with benefits and perks listed for full-time Restaurant Managers.
