ServiceMaster DSI is hiring a Business Development Manager for its Rockford, Illinois branch to develop and sell disaster restoration products and services, secure new business, maintain customer relationships, and grow profitability in an assigned territory or market segment. The role requires disaster restoration industry experience, business-to-business sales experience, strong communication and self-motivation, and preferably CRM experience. Compensation starts at $60,000–$70,000 plus bonus and commission, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, a company vehicle, and a company phone.
