ServiceMaster DSI is hiring a Business Development Manager for its Chicago, Illinois branch to develop and sell disaster restoration products and services, secure new business, maintain customer relationships, and grow profitability in an assigned territory or market segment. The role requires disaster restoration industry experience, business-to-business sales experience, strong communication and self-motivation, and CRM experience is a plus. Compensation starts at $60,000–$70,000 with bonus and commission eligibility, along with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, a company vehicle, and a company phone.
