ServiceMaster DSI is hiring a Restoration Construction Manager in St. Paul, Minnesota, for year-round work. The role manages carpenters and subcontractors, schedules and monitors construction projects, coordinates materials, permits, inspections, change orders, and job costs, maintains safety and customer-service standards, and drives a company vehicle. Compensation is $80,000–$90,000 annually, with bonus eligibility, medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and a company vehicle. Candidates need at least five years of hands-on construction experience, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift 50+ pounds; project management and restoration experience are preferred.
