ServiceMaster DSI is hiring a Construction Superintendent in Maple Grove, Minnesota for year-round work. The role manages carpenters and subcontractors, schedules and monitors construction projects, coordinates materials, permits, inspections, change orders, and job costs, maintains safety and customer-service standards, and drives a company vehicle. Compensation is $80,000–$90,000 annually, with bonus eligibility, medical, dental, vision, a matched 401K, PTO, and a company vehicle. Applicants need at least five years of hands-on construction experience, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift 50+ pounds; project management and restoration experience are preferred.
