ServiceMaster DSI is hiring a Restoration Crew Chief for its Lee's Summit, Missouri branch to oversee residential and commercial fire and water restoration projects. The role directs, aids, and supervises restoration technicians and staff laborers, ensures project quality and documentation, coordinates customer communication, and performs mitigation, demolition, cleaning, content move-outs, and other restoration work. Candidates need restoration or carpet and upholstery cleaning experience, prior crew chief experience, a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, the ability to travel and lift 50+ pounds, and IICRC Water Restoration Technician certification. The position pays $21 per hour, offers a sign-on bonus, commission, potential annual bonus, paid training, and health, dental, vision, life, retirement, and paid time-off benefits.
