ServiceMaster DSI is hiring a Restoration Crew Chief in St. Paul, Minnesota, to lead residential and commercial fire and water damage restoration projects. The role coordinates on-site operations, supervises restoration technicians and staff laborers, ensures quality workmanship and project documentation, trains team members, and handles customer communication. Candidates must have previous restoration experience, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, the ability to travel and lift 50+ pounds, and Water Restoration Tech Certification (WRT) IICRC. Compensation is $22–$25 per hour, negotiable based on experience, with overtime opportunities and health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and holiday pay.
