Description
The Restorative Aide provides restorative nursing care to residents to support mobility, independence, and overall physical, mental, and emotional well-being, following the care plan set by the Restorative Nurse or Director of Nursing. Duties include range of motion exercises, ambulation assistance, splint and prosthesis support, ADL monitoring, documentation, communication with nursing leadership, and adherence to regulations and facility policies. The role requires current CNA status and additional restorative care training.
