Elevate Care is hiring a Restorative Aide to provide restorative nursing support to residents, helping them maintain or improve mobility, strength, range of motion, and independence. The role includes implementing individualized care plans, assisting with exercises and activities of daily living, documenting progress, leading therapeutic activities, and coordinating with nursing and therapy teams. An active Certified Nursing Assistant certification is required; prior restorative nursing or long-term care experience is preferred. The schedule is 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, with every other weekend required, and full-time, part-time, and PRN options are available.
