Description
The Restricted Securities Associate supports Morgan Stanley’s Executive Financial Services by reviewing and approving service requests, coordinating with internal business partners, monitoring account activity, maintaining accurate records, generating reports, and resolving complex inquiries. The role requires 2–5 years of financial sales or service experience, bachelor’s-level education or equivalent training, brokerage knowledge, strong critical thinking and attention to detail, independent and collaborative problem-solving, and strong Excel and data-analysis skills. Executive and financial services experience involving Rule 10b5-1 trading plans, Section 16, restricted stock, Rule 144, and equity compensation is preferred.
