GLC Advisors is hiring an experienced restructuring analyst for its Los Angeles office to support senior bankers on restructuring and distressed financing transactions. The role involves analyzing companies and industries, building financial models, conducting valuation and industry research, managing due diligence, preparing client-facing materials, and using AI tools. Candidates should have an undergraduate degree, strong analytical and communication skills, familiarity with financial tools, and preferably experience in bulge-bracket or boutique investment banking, restructuring, leveraged finance, or debt capital markets. The position offers healthcare, dental, and vision coverage and is eligible for incentive bonus compensation.
