Freeths is seeking a Restructuring & Insolvency Associate with approximately 1 to 4 years of post-qualification experience to join its national restructuring and insolvency team in Sheffield. The role involves complex restructuring and non-contentious corporate insolvency mandates, including insolvency advisory work, distressed business and asset sales, and finance and security matters. Candidates should demonstrate enthusiasm for the practice area, strong communication skills, teamwork, energy, and passion for client-focused legal work.
