RYDGE Conseil is hiring a Restructuring Manager in Metz to lead and develop the regional restructuring and early-warning/insolvency-prevention activity for SMEs and mid-sized enterprises. The role covers financial diagnosis, independent activity reviews, monitoring of amicable and formal proceedings, negotiations with financial partners, court hearings, exit solutions, client debriefings, quality control, risk management, and development of local referral partners. The position requires a finance or law qualification, at least seven years of relevant experience, strong financial and legal knowledge, Excel proficiency, analytical and leadership skills, and offers a permanent hybrid contract starting as soon as possible.
