RYDGE Conseil is hiring a Restructuring Manager to lead financial restructuring assignments for TPE-ME clients. The role covers operating and cash-flow forecasting, independent business reviews, debt renegotiations, refinancing, restructuring strategies, safeguard and restructuring plans, short-term financing due diligence, risk analysis, team management, negotiations, and reporting in English and French. The position is based at La Défense, Paris, on a permanent hybrid contract, and requires a business or engineering school degree or equivalent finance degree plus at least five years of financial restructuring experience.
