Description
Micro Center is hiring Retail Computer Technicians to provide in-person customer consultations, troubleshoot and diagnose computer and electronic devices, recommend service solutions, assemble custom computers, maintain cash transactions and inventory, and communicate repair status to customers. The role pays $15 per hour base with productivity incentives and uncapped commissions, and requires a high school diploma or equivalent, related computer service or technical customer service experience, and CompTIA A+ or Apple certifications or the ability to obtain them within 90 days.
