The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, building clienteling relationships, driving personal and team sales, and supporting store operations such as stock replenishment, visual merchandising, and cleanliness. Candidates should be at least 18 years old, have strong communication skills, be willing to work at least 16 hours per week during specified peak and non-peak days, and be able to stand, walk, lift up to 25 pounds, and use ladders and step stools.
