The role covers customer service, sales performance, store manager coaching and performance reviews, staff scheduling, compliance, cleanliness, stock management, merchandising, promotions, marketing requirements, cash pickups, administrative transactions, and competitor monitoring. Candidates need a matric, a valid driver's license, at least two years of leadership or management experience managing multiple area managers, HR knowledge, strong interpersonal and planning skills, computer literacy, and the ability to interpret financial data.
