PENNY is hiring a part-time retail assistant for its Sattelplatz 2 store in Neubrandenburg, Germany. The role involves serving customers at the checkout, supporting store operations when the store manager is absent, stocking shelves, and checking product quality and freshness. The position requires initial retail experience or willingness to switch careers, customer-friendly and collaborative skills, and flexibility from Monday to Saturday between 06:00 and 21:30. It is a permanent contract with 20–30 hours per week and includes tariff-based pay, holiday pay, Christmas bonuses, discounts, a Deutschlandticket, pension benefits, vacation, and childcare and elder-care support.
