PENNY is hiring a part-time retail assistant for its store in Bispingen, Germany. The role works 12 to 24 hours per week, supports customers at the store and checkout, assists with day-to-day store operations when the store manager is absent, keeps shelves stocked, and checks product quality and freshness. The position requires retail experience or willingness to change careers, teamwork, customer orientation, responsibility, and flexibility from Monday to Saturday between 07:00 and 21:00.
