PENNY is hiring a part-time retail assistant in Oberhausen for 30–35 hours per week on a permanent basis. The role supports store operations when the store manager is absent, assists customers and at checkout, keeps shelves stocked, and checks product quality and freshness. Candidates should have initial retail experience or be willing to change careers, enjoy teamwork, be customer-oriented, and be flexible from Monday to Saturday between 06:00 and 22:00.
