PENNY is hiring a part-time retail assistant in Essen for approximately 28 hours per week on an unlimited contract. The role supports the store manager, assists customers at the store and checkout, keeps shelves stocked, and checks product quality and freshness. Candidates should have initial retail experience or be willing to change careers, enjoy teamwork, and be flexible from Monday to Saturday between 06:00 and 22:00.
