Minnesota Cannabis Services is hiring a Retail Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in operating a high-volume cannabis retail store and prepare for future General Manager responsibilities. The role leads daily operations, scheduling, compliance, sales execution, cash and inventory controls, merchandising, team coaching, customer service, and coordination with corporate HR, marketing, and procurement partners. Compensation is $60,000 annually plus bonus incentives and benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and employee discounts.
