Minnesota Cannabis Services is hiring a Retail Assistant General Manager to support and act as General Manager in a fast-growing cannabis retail organization. The role covers daily store operations, scheduling, compliance, sales execution, cash and inventory controls, visual merchandising, promotions, customer service, and coaching and developing retail staff. The position is designed to prepare the employee for future General Manager responsibilities through mentorship and leadership development, with an annual pay range of $60,000, bonus incentives, health, dental, and vision insurance, and other employee benefits.
