Description
Minnesota Cannabis Services is hiring a Retail Assistant General Manager to support and act for the General Manager in a fast-growing cannabis retail organization. The role covers daily store operations, scheduling, compliance, sales execution, cash and inventory controls, visual merchandising, promotions, customer service, and coaching and mentoring retail staff. The position is designed to prepare the employee for future General Manager responsibilities through mentorship and leadership development. Compensation is $60,000 annually plus bonus incentives, an employee discount, health, dental, and vision insurance, and other benefits.
