Goodwill Kentucky is hiring a full-time Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, including managing the store in the absence of the Store Manager, assisting with merchandise ordering, recordkeeping, payroll, scheduling, cash deposits, and receipts, supervising and training Store Associates, providing customer service, maintaining store stock, and supporting loss prevention. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1–3 years of progressive retail or manufacturing experience, and prior management experience is preferred. The position pays $15.00 per hour and offers medical, prescription, dental, and vision insurance among other benefits.
